Applications are open!

Important dates

• Application opening: 19th of April 2019
• Application deadline: 10th of May 2019 17th of May 2019 CLOSED!
• Acceptance notification: within a week
• Payment deadline: 17th of May 2019

Fees

The cost for the participation to the SuperComputing Camp 2019 is 200 euros per student.

The registration fee includes lunches and access to all scientific lectures, practical sessions and keynotes.

Accommodation is not included but suggestions are available on the information page

Application procedure

The number of participants is limited to 40. Please register as soon as possible!

1. Submit your application

Submit your application via the online form. You will immediately receive an email confirming your application.

2. Notification of acceptance

We will review your application and we will send you your notification of acceptance within a week.

3. Payment & Registration

We will communicate you the payment procedure after your acceptance.

Please proceed to the payment as soon as possible. Your place for SC-Camp 2019 can only be guaranteed upon reception of your payment.
